1. Information We Collect
You can browse this website without creating an account or providing personal information. We may automatically collect certain technical data when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site — through analytics services (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to understand usage patterns and improve the site.
If you choose to create an account or sign in, we additionally collect and store on our servers:
- your email address;
- your name and basic profile details, if shared by your sign-in provider;
- a unique identifier from your sign-in provider (your Google account ID or Apple user ID);
- for email & password sign-in, a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text);
- content you choose to sync to your account — saved / favourite items, collections, saved searches, recent searches, and tracked parcels.
2. Accounts & Sign-In
Signing in is entirely optional — the site works fully without an account. We offer sign-in with Google, Sign in with Apple, and email & password. We use your account only to identify you, keep you signed in, and sync your saved content across your devices. We never sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
- Google: we request only your basic profile and email address (the openid, email, and profile scopes) to create and identify your account.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple provides a stable identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email (which may be Apple's private relay address).
- Email & password: your password is stored only as a salted hash. Password resets are performed through a time-limited link sent to your email.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Google is used solely to provide the sign-in and sync features described here; it is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
This website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. These include:
- Analytics cookies — to measure site traffic and user behavior (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Advertising cookies — placed by services such as Google Ads to measure ad performance and conversions.
- Functional storage — to remember preferences and keep you signed in (your session token is stored in your browser's local storage).
You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that some features of the site, including staying signed in, may not function correctly without them.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data:
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (authentication providers)
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads (conversion tracking)
- Vercel Analytics and hosting
- Our database host (to store account and synced data) and an email provider (to deliver login codes and password-reset links)
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies for more information on how they handle your data.
5. Affiliate Links
This site contains affiliate links to third-party platforms (e.g. Kakobuy). When you click these links, those platforms may set their own cookies and collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Technical data collected via third-party analytics is retained according to those services' own policies. Account data is kept only while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the account menu — this is immediate and irreversible, and removes your profile, your Google and Apple sign-in links, your hashed password, and all synced content (favourites, collections, searches, and parcels). Where applicable, your Apple sign-in token is revoked as part of deletion.
7. Your Rights (EEA / GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself from the account menu at any time. For any other request or question, contact us via Discord.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
